• Safely operate a counterbalance forklift in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Move finished goods, raw materials, and pallets throughout the warehouse and storage facility
• Stack products in designated storage bays according to inventory control procedures
• Stack and organize empty pallets
• Remove products from the palletizer in a timely manner to support production flow
• Ensure all pallets are properly labeled and stored in the correct locations
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and legibly
• Assist with inventory management and month-end inventory counts
• Verify orders for accuracy and report any damaged or non-conforming products
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), FIFO (First In, First Out) principles, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Perform general housekeeping duties, including sweeping warehouse floors, trailers, and storage areas
• Support additional warehouse and production tasks as assigned by the supervisor

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Certification
• Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control
• Experience working with palletized products and storage systems
• Ability to accurately complete paperwork and inventory documentation
• Familiarity with GMPs, FIFO principles, and SOPs is considered an asset
