- Create, edit, and optimize CNC laser nesting programs
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
- Maximize material usage and improve nesting efficiency
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to support daily operations
- Troubleshoot programming and production issues
- Maintain program files, revisions, and documentation
- Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and process optimization
- Previous CNC programming experience (laser nesting experience preferred)
- Strong blueprint and technical drawing interpretation skills
- Knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and manufacturing practices
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with SolidWorks
- Background in metal fabrication or manufacturing
- Familiarity with CNC laser cutting operations
