Our client, a well-established leader in chemical distribution, is seeking an experienced Class 1 Driver to join their Edmonton operations. This is a local, day-shift role with consistent hours and a strong focus on safety, professionalism, and customer service. This is not just a driving job — this role involves handling and transferring hazardous materials at client sites, making it ideal for drivers who are experienced, detail-oriented, and safety-focused.

What You’ll Be Doing

Complete local deliveries of dangerous goods (chemical products) to client sites across Edmonton and surrounding areas
Safely transfer chemicals onsite using:
- Quick-connect systems
- Inline pumps, hoses, and valves
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and ensure vehicle compliance
Maintain accurate TDG documentation and delivery records
Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and site procedures
Provide professional, customer-facing service at delivery locations
Assist with loading/unloading using forklift equipment when required

What You Bring

Valid Class 1 (AZ) Driver’s License
Minimum 5+ years of verified Class 1 driving experience
Current TDG Certification (required)
Valid Forklift License (required)
Experience with:
- Dangerous goods / chemical transport
- Liquid transfer systems (pumps, hoses, quick connects)
Strong understanding of safety procedures and compliance
Clean Driver’s Abstract & CVOR (or Alberta equivalent)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and represent the company professionally
